This is the Willett Creek Agate shipping policy for rosebudagate.com/store and sales through other channels doing business as Willett Creek Agate Co. Updated and effective June 30, 2024.
- For most rock orders, I ship with USPS Flat Rate shipping. Rocks are heavy, so unless your order is under 2 Oz. it is more cost effective to use USPS flat rate. USPS is also easiest for me to access due to my rural location.
- I ship all rock orders with tracking and insurance.
- My standard shipping rate for rock orders is $16 on most orders.
- As of June 30, 2024, I have added USPS Ground Advantage to ship smaller items. The rate is automatically calculated by USPS at checkout, based on your location and the weight of the package. Tracking and insurance is provided.
- All available options for shipping your order will be shown at checkout for you to choose from.
- I currently offer free shipping on all rock, mineral, crystal, and jewelry orders over $100.
- Our print partners automatically calculate the shipping price on all print orders.
- Shirts and other printed merch are not eligible for free shipping on orders of more than $100.
- I ship rock orders on the first mail day after you pay your invoice. I get mail service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with exceptions for holidays and weather. Most rock orders arrive in your mailbox in 3-5 days.
- For shirts and other print items, will generally arrive at your mailbox 7 – 10 days after you place your order. However it can sometimes take longer. I will try to communicate if there are significant delays. However the printing and shipping times of these items is beyond my control.
- If you purchase items from my shop on Buy Me a Coffee, the shipping is in the price, but otherwise follows this shipping policy.
- I currently only offer shipping in the United States on my websites. If you need international shipping, please contact me.
